VNYPM provides housing-related services in New York and follows fair housing law. This page is a short public statement, not a compliance manual.

Venture NY Property Management complies with the federal Fair Housing Act, the New York State Human Rights Law, and the New York City Human Rights Law. The firm does not set terms, refuse a lawful inquiry, or advertise housing because of a characteristic those laws protect.

Rental screening checks credit, background, employment, and rental references. Those steps are not a license to screen on a protected basis.
