Throughout any project, we will maintain close communications with the Board to guarantee complete transparency.
Before beginning any public or private project, we collect 3-5 bids from multiple prime contractors/subcontractors to get the highest quality work for the best rate. Throughout this process, we prepare bid clarifications (prime contractor scopes of work) to eliminate confusion and conflicts that may transpire throughout the project. We will then conduct a pre-bid meeting with the Association where we will discuss the schedule, phasing requirements, the scope of the work, and clarify any issues that may arise. Involvement in the bidding process is up to the Association's discretion. From there on, we will ensure all work strictly adheres to the bidding documentation.
Once all parties are clear on the scope of the work and it has been approved by the Association, contracts will be awarded. We will support the administration with the logistics of preparing contracts, certificates of insurance, performance and payment bonds, certified payrolls, billings, etc. Foremen and project manager meetings will be conducted regularly to address any construction issues that may arise after the project has begun.
